hydraulic gear pumps

group 1

One of Galtech’s specialties is designing and manufacturing hydraulic gear pumps. Pumps range is divided into 3 categories: Group1, Group 2 and Group 3. Displacements range from 0,9 to 120 cc/rev and up to 320 bar maximum working pressure.

Pumps are available with optional cast iron front flange and rear cover for noise reduction and higher working pressure on some displacements.
Pumps can be assembled with standard European, German, SAE front flanges or, special ZF, Perkins and Renault front covers.
Tapered, straight keyed or splined shafts are available with various porting configurations such as BSP, NPT, ORB, metric, flanged.

Rear covers with built-in relief valves and flow control valves are also available. All standard pumps are pre-configured to be assembled as double or triple pumps using coupling kits.
